Lead strategy and delivery of a cloud-based private equity data platform. Own architecture, reliability, observability, and adoption; design modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Azure), ensure data quality, lineage, and scalable pipelines, mentor and scale data engineering teams, and partner with investment, finance, and operations to deliver trusted data products.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement operational frameworks for new private markets products. Lead operational readiness assessments, coordinate launches from concept to run, review legal/product documentation, identify dependencies, and optimize processes across accounting, treasury, reporting, performance, and third-party providers.

Creates customized investor presentations and sales collateral for separate managed accounts, translating complex investment concepts into audience-specific messaging. Partners with marketing and investment teams to identify content needs, manage Seismic libraries, improve presentation workflows, and implement automation. Provides peer review and mentoring while maintaining high standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, grammar, and visual consistency. Supports strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and the management of custom materials.

Coordinate and manage fund closing and client onboarding activities across investments, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, sales, marketing, and third parties. Maintain timelines, monitor risks and status, drive process standardization and efficiencies, resolve exceptions, and deliver excellent client service while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
