The Sr Market Research Consultant leads market research initiatives to inform strategic decisions, business development, and innovation at Compeer Financial. They partner with senior leaders to design and execute research, delivering actionable insights and fostering enterprise alignment.

Coordinate and execute real-estate secured loan closings: collect and review title and collateral documents, ensure underwriting conditions are met, prepare settlement statements, coordinate title/appraisal orders, conduct on-site/off-site closings, administer funding and post-close reviews, file legal documents, and provide client support to resolve title or closing issues while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead and grow high-performing software engineering teams, guide technical direction and architecture, remove delivery impediments, and drive adoption of cloud-native, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-assisted practices to improve quality, scalability, and delivery effectiveness while partnering with product and business stakeholders.

Support lending teams with loan pricing strategy, transfer pricing, and daily rate administration. Produce reporting and analysis on interest rates, portfolio performance, and risk. Manage pricing tools and models, liaise with funding bank, deliver pricing consultation and training, and support system enhancements and process improvements.

Researches property histories and public records to prepare title commitments, policies, and reports. Reviews plats, liens, judgments, and legal descriptions to ensure clear title and lender lien position. Collaborates with underwriters, issues final title policies, completes loan certifications, and communicates with transaction parties. Maintains compliance with state statutes and internal underwriting standards.

Manage end-to-end real-estate secured loan closings: collect and review documents, verify legal descriptions and title commitments, coordinate orders (title, appraisal, flood), prepare settlement/disbursement statements, execute closings and funding, file legal documents, perform post-close reviews, and support lending and client service teams.

Prepare, reconcile, and balance general ledger accounts and journal entries related to loan transactions; process and analyze fees; create reports and spreadsheets for allocations, accruals, and financial statements; provide technical support, resolve complex accounting issues, and mentor less experienced team members.

Lead analytical workstreams (market analysis, financial modeling, segmentation) to inform enterprise and business-unit strategy. Conduct deep research, synthesize insights, develop strategic options, and produce executive-ready presentations and memos. Collaborate cross-functionally, coach junior staff, and create reusable tools and templates to support decision-making and growth initiatives.

Serve as first client contact, delivering front-line service and resolving inquiries via phone, online and in-person. Perform loan servicing tasks (renewals, document collection, payment processing, reconciliations), maintain account accuracy, and ensure compliance. Provide office coordination and administrative support to create a positive environment for clients and team members.

Manage accurate processing, closing, funding and servicing of real-estate secured transactions. Coordinate title, appraisal and flood determinations, prepare and review closing and collateral documents, execute closings with clients, administer funding and filings, perform post-close reviews, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide client support across lending business units.
