Deliver compliant industrial piping designs and 3D models for projects, including cryogenic components and piping stress calculations. Produce P&IDs, isometrics, BOMs, and construction deliverables; manage projects from concept through commissioning, ensure code compliance, provide on-site technical support, and participate in multidisciplinary and safety reviews.

Support Accounts Payable by processing invoices, responding to supplier/internal inquiries, resolving held invoices, assisting audits, handling rush requests, and recommending process improvements while ensuring policy compliance.

Process supplier invoices to meet KPIs, resolve invoice holds and payment issues, support escalations, assist audits, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and improve AP procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain full general ledger and accounting records (GL, tax, fixed assets, cash). Process invoices, resolve discrepancies, perform vendor reconciliation and data maintenance, manage payments and month-end closings, validate reimbursements and affiliate transaction data, ensure accurate accounting entries and internal controls per group policy.
