Lead independent R&D for semiconductor deposition processes and precursor molecules using ALD and CVD. Develop dielectric, metal, and alloy thin films; operate and troubleshoot deposition tools; perform advanced metrology and film characterization; solve multidisciplinary technical problems; define technology roadmaps; mentor scientists; collaborate globally with customers, marketing, academic, and industry partners; and support patents and commercialization.

Manage PR/PO processes, delivery timelines, and inventory turnover; develop and evaluate suppliers and contracts; implement strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives; analyze procurement data and produce reports; collaborate cross-functionally on risk mitigation and supplier selection; utilize ERP/MRP and analytics tools to streamline procurement and support production needs.

Develop AL business through opportunity management, coordinate with sales teams, manage customer relationships, propose solutions, and boost sales initiatives.

Support digital marketing initiatives in Italy by configuring and testing Salesforce lead management, documenting workflows and lead routing, conducting market research for HVAC, Beverage and Welding sectors, and providing operational support for webinars, newsletters and campaign assets.

Support supply chain performance and logistics by designing KPIs, analyzing operational data, and building automated dashboards. Map and optimize the ISO container return process, recommend process improvements, streamline workflows, and improve customer experience and fleet rotation performance.

Manage assigned territory to maximize revenue via key account management and new client acquisition. Prospect, promote Air Liquide solutions, plan customer visits, manage pricing, collections, competitor defense, and attend industry/training events while building commercial and technical relationships.

Lead sourcing and category strategy for equipment/materials across Africa, Middle East and India. Develop 3-year plans, run RFx and supplier selection, negotiate frame contracts, manage supplier relationships and contract implementation, mitigate risks and costs, drive TCO reduction, report savings, and lead a team of category managers to align procurement with business objectives.

Provide legal support for compliance, commercial contracts (drafting/negotiation), corporate governance, litigation/arbitration, and regulatory/competition matters. Collaborate with business, finance, HR, and global legal teams; identify risks and propose practical legal strategies.
