As part of Global Markets and Technologies (GM&T), the Maritime activity connects a wide range of global markets to essential molecules across borders and oceans. Air Liquide Maritime is organized along four business units, namely Offshore Energies, Cryogenic Supply, Global Rare Gases and Global Helium, and is also supporting OCEOS, a joint Venture to offer CO2 shipping and barging services for CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) projects across Europe.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Your role will be structured around two main pillars:
Performance Driving & Business Analysis (KPIs): Build support analysis and KPIs for Supply chain performance
KPI Design: Participate in deploying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the overall efficiency of the Supply Chain.
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, cost overruns, or delivery delays.
Dashboards: Create and automate visual tracking tools (using google tools, Power BI) to facilitate decision-making and share analysis results.
Support Analysis: Draft support analyses to recommend concrete corrective action plans.
Operational Excellence & Customer Experience (CX) Improvement
"ISO Container Returning Journey" Mapping: Map the existing process ("As-Is") to identify pain points and contribute to process improvement identification.
Process Streamlining: Deploy concrete solutions to reduce workload and shorten processing times.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Strengthen the reliability and visibility of the returning process to guarantee a seamless and high-quality customer experience (on-time delivery, proactive communication).
Develop the rotations fleet management performance: Analyze the utilization, rotation and share the up to date process with the customer journey.

Strong analytical skills.
