Owns commercial performance for Air Liquide’s KSA West Coast basin and strategic key accounts. Responsibilities include account planning, executive governance, contract negotiations, pricing, P&L, forecasting, revenue assurance, receivables, collections, risk mitigation, customer retention, growth initiatives, and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Finance, Legal, Technical, Supply Chain, and Business Development.

Processes employee data service requests, updates and validates HR records, extracts and reports data, maintains data integrity and privacy, handles employee data documentation, and supports HR shared service transitions across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include evaluating project economics, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, managing billing and receivables, optimizing account profitability, renewing agreements, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also supports strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional project teams, safety compliance, and communication with senior management regarding industry and account trends.

Develop new B2B business by analyzing markets, identifying opportunities, building customer and government relationships, creating technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing strategic customer partnerships. The role supports project execution, resolves disputes, follows contracts, and protects the existing customer base while working on simple projects under daily supervision.
