Advance Mosaic's federal policy agenda through legislative and regulatory monitoring, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. Lead month-end close and inventory accounting for North American sites. Prepare and maintain inventory balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, and SOX controls. Partner with finance, plant operations, and third-party providers to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and timely close; provide stakeholder support and complete assigned projects.

Supports design and execution of global leadership and employee development programs (succession planning, mentoring, coaching, assessments). Manages data, governance, metrics, and vendor/budget coordination. Partners with HRBPs and COEs to deliver integrated talent solutions and strengthen the talent pipeline through mitigation actions and readiness assessment.

Lead enterprise talent development strategy and programs (leadership development, succession, coaching, assessments). Drive succession planning and executive talent pipelines, manage vendors and budgets, leverage HRIS and analytics (e.g., Workday, PowerBI, AI tools), advise HR partners, facilitate talent reviews, and integrate Talent, Acquisition, Culture, and Learning to build leadership capability and diverse pipelines.

The Mine Permitting Specialist prepares mining permit applications, conducts inspections, communicates with agencies, researches regulations, and supports reclamation projects.
