The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the execution of end-to-end recruitment processes (through EBS) and contributes to the delivery of talent acquisition strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business needs. This role ensures efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes while helping build strong and diverse talent pipelines across regions and functions. In addition to recruitment delivery, the Specialist plays a key role in supporting strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, early career programs, work composition metrics, and pipeline development. The role contributes to project execution, program coordination, and continuous improvement efforts across the Talent Acquisition function. Leveraging technology (e.g., Workday), data analytics, and market insights, the Specialist supports reporting, generates actionable insights, and helps optimize recruitment effectiveness. The position works closely with EBS, Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise talent policies, programs and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

What will you do?

Talent Acquisition Programs & Initiatives

  • Support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent acquisition programs and initiatives (e.g., early career, diversity hiring, internal mobility, employer branding).

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and guide execution through EBS and regional teams, monitoring effectiveness and consistency.

Stakeholder Alignment & Program Enablement

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Business Partners, EBS, and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful implementation of TA strategies, policies, and programs.

  • Act as a key liaison to coordinate initiatives, provide guidance, and ensure adoption across regions and functions.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Support the development and tracking of talent acquisition metrics and dashboards (via Workday and other tools).

  • Analyze trends (e.g., pipeline health, hiring outcomes, program effectiveness) and provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies and decision-making.

  • Organize materials and facilitate TA governance meetings.

TA Governance, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Support the definition and evolution of TA policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Assist with technology adoption and enhancements (e.g., Workday, AI-enabled tools).

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct research on external talent market trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide insights to inform TA strategy, pipeline development, and candidate experience improvements.

  • Contribute to innovation and best practice sharing across the TA function.

What you'll need:

  • A Bachelors in Business, Human Resources, or Related Field

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Insights and Workday
