Leads financial business partnering for the global Commercial organization, providing strategic insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, margin analysis, pricing support, working capital optimization, and capital investment guidance. Maintains project records and systems while assisting with purchase order closure and fixed-asset capitalization.

Manage capital engineering projects from initiation through design, construction, commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, contractor and engineering-firm management, funding approvals, procurement support, bid evaluation, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Projects involve geotechnical, environmental, water conveyance, mine expansion, and gypsum stack systems.

Partners with HR teams, employees, and business leaders to deliver talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, leadership development, and employee relations support. Advises leaders on employment practices, labor relations, policies, and change management; supports recruiting, succession planning, affirmative action, and HR initiatives for an assigned business unit or location.
