Leads Kikoff’s FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, executive and board reporting, KPI development, and planning systems. Manages and grows an FP&A team while partnering with senior leaders across the company. Supports AI adoption in financial workflows and contributes to fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities.

Own the retention and monetization roadmap for Kikoff’s consumer credit products. The role focuses on reducing churn, driving reactivation, upgrades, pricing, packaging, paywalls, and cross-selling. Lead Kikoff’s federal and state government affairs strategy for earned wage access and consumer financial products. Represent the company before legislators, regulators, trade associations, and stakeholder groups; monitor policy developments; advise executives; coordinate testimony and comment letters; manage outside lobbyists and consultants; oversee lobbying compliance; and partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Communications. The role requires building policymaker relationships, developing multi-state strategies, shaping public policy, and traveling nationwide regularly.

Build and scale backend systems for Kikoff’s growth team and flagship credit-building product. Own initiatives end to end, from prototyping and analytics instrumentation through production rollout and user-facing improvements. Use data-driven decisions, experimentation, and machine-learning personalization to improve customer and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with startup-focused teammates while delivering measurable impact for millions of users.

The Business Operations Manager will identify and lead new revenue growth initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and partner with leadership using data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate high-volume interviews, communicate with candidates, support interviewers and hiring managers, automate repetitive recruiting tasks with AI tools, and maintain clean ATS data in Greenhouse. The role also involves improving candidate experience, managing scheduling details, and supporting efficient recruiting workflows. This is a four-month hybrid internship requiring at least 20 hours per week and three days in the San Francisco office.

Lead video and visual design teams while shaping Kikoff’s visual identity and performance advertising across TV, paid social, and digital channels. Direct creative strategy, brand systems, post-production, and high-volume work across multiple products and external resources. Coach creative talent, provide strategic feedback, collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing, and use performance insights to improve acquisition-focused creative. The role requires extensive advertising leadership, measurable TV and paid social results, and practical AI tool experience.

Participate in training and two focused rotations across product marketing, growth marketing, business development, and lifecycle marketing. Drive customer acquisition, retention, monetization, partnerships, product launches, personalized campaigns, and strategic initiatives. Analyze customer data, identify growth opportunities, manage impactful projects, and develop business acumen through mentorship and hands-on experience, with pathways toward future leadership roles.

Own affiliate partner relationships, source and onboard new partners, negotiate performance deals, and develop acquisition strategies. Manage campaigns aligned with user acquisition goals, monitor traffic, conversion, revenue, and quality KPIs, and use data to optimize performance. Build forecasts, provide strategic guidance, collaborate cross-functionally, support scalable partner systems, and represent Kikoff at partner conferences.

Leads product operations across the lifecycle, supporting launches, maintenance, quality, issue resolution, customer feedback, compliance policies, and process improvements. Coordinates product, compliance, engineering, and external partners; manages vendors, onboarding, QA, and SLAs. Owns cross-functional efforts to diagnose and prioritize product issues, improve operational support, maintain documentation, and enhance customer experience.
