Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and value realization. Monitor customer health and NPS, execute Value Realization Plans, identify upsell opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, provide executive-level insights, and act as trusted advisor to prevent churn and expand business.

Support regional commercial execution by maintaining Salesforce data, producing forecasting and KPI dashboards, assisting CPQ and quoting processes, coordinating cross-functional GTM initiatives, and enabling sales productivity through analytics and operational support.
