Write clear, accessible product content for LEAP's legal SaaS across web, desktop and mobile. Collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers to simplify complex legal and technical information, support usability testing, maintain content standards and contribute to the design system and AI-assisted experiences.

Sell LEAP SaaS legal practice management software to small law firms in Toronto; manage territory and pipeline, perform demos/webinars, hit revenue quotas, negotiate deals, collaborate with BDRs, use Salesforce/Gong, and participate in ongoing training to continuously improve performance.

Perform high-volume outbound outreach to law firms, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, build relationships via social media, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and contribute to team sales goals in a hybrid Toronto role.

Manage customer complaints, cancellations, and disputes; investigate complex cases; maintain feedback logs; analyse data to drive quality and retention initiatives; review processes and terms; support debt recovery and legal research to improve departmental performance and compliance.

Provide Level 2 technical support for LEAP's legal practice management software, troubleshoot escalated issues, liaise with internal teams, mentor Level 1 staff, document solutions, and perform on-site or remote technical investigations of client hardware and networks to deliver timely, sustainable resolutions.

Develop web applications, write efficient code, design scalable solutions, manage workloads, mentor developers, and ensure software reliability.

Own quality across the software lifecycle by shifting testing left, writing and maintaining automated and exploratory tests, validating integrations and backend data, improving CI/CD testing, participating in PR reviews, tracking QA work and defects in JIRA, and removing delivery friction to enable continuous, reliable shipping.

Create, update and test automated legal forms and precedents for property law; research legislation, maintain compliance, implement JavaScript enhancements, respond to client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve LEAP matter types.
