Design and establish MetaMask’s shared motion language across product surfaces. Create scalable motion patterns, guidelines, reusable assets, and prototypes; collaborate with product designers and engineers to deliver clear, performant interactions across platforms. Use motion to improve product understanding, guide users, and add purposeful delight while raising design craft through feedback and hands-on collaboration.

Develop and enhance MetaMask social and multi-chain experiences across Portfolio, browser extension, and mobile platforms. Collaborate across teams on complex projects, mentor engineers, and build scalable full-stack applications using React, React Native, modern JavaScript, blockchain technologies, APIs, testing, and continuous integration. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and apply web security best practices.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execution across Consensys products: design personalized user journeys, run experiments and A/B tests, manage end-to-end campaigns (briefing creative, targeting, QA, measurement), and optimize lifecycle channels (in-app, push, banners) to drive activation, engagement, retention.

Lead go-to-market strategy and growth for MetaMask Trading features. Define positioning, shape roadmap with product, execute launches and lifecycle campaigns, partner with Growth, Data, Brand, and BD to drive conversion, volume, and retention, and strengthen brand trust through education and community programs.

Own ADP Workforce Now and the broader HR technology ecosystem, including configuration, integrations, security, releases, vendor relationships, data governance, reporting, audits, compliance, and employee support. Lead HR systems projects, automate manual processes, manage cyclical People Operations activities, and translate business requirements into tested, documented system solutions. Partner with Finance, Legal, FP&A, and People leadership to ensure accurate, accessible, and compliant workforce data.

Build polished, accessible MetaMask interfaces across mobile and browser extension platforms using React and React Native. Implement animations, haptics, and micro-interactions; translate Figma designs into production components; prototype and test with users; develop design-to-code tooling and agentic workflows; and expand the reusable MetaMask design system. Collaborate independently with designers, engineers, and product managers on consumer products serving millions of users.
