Oversee litigation strategy, retain and monitor outside counsel, evaluate exposure, negotiate settlements, handle discovery and trial support, and manage claims reporting, reserves, and databases. Investigate medical, cyber/privacy, construction, and property claims and provide recommendations to leadership and reinsurance partners.

Conducts employee expense report audits, identifies compliance issues and fraud indicators, maintains internal control documentation and process maps, assesses control gaps, and supports internal and external audits. The role applies COSO, HIPAA, CMS, IRS, and internal control best practices while communicating findings and remediation recommendations to finance leadership and operational stakeholders.
