Owns the global partner program across Sales, Services, and Technology tracks. Designs tiers, incentives, specializations, MDF governance, compliance frameworks, and operational processes. Monitors partner performance, ROI, compliance, NPS, and bookings contribution while resolving disputes and exceptions. Partners with Finance, Legal, Partner Experience, Support, and leadership to align program strategy, maintain investment cases, and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Translate partner feedback and performance intelligence into improvements for partner programs, sales, and operations while communicating clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Prepare and reconcile VAT returns, EU VAT listings, Intrastat declarations, and indirect tax accounting records across EMEA. Review invoices, manage tax documentation, support audits, conduct tax research, and guide VAT journal entries. Improve master data and reporting processes while supporting acquisitions, product rollouts, system enhancements, SAF-T, and e-invoicing initiatives. The role requires collaboration across international teams and accurate, timely compliance reporting.

Owns the strategy and execution of Equinix’s partner community ecosystem, including forums, advisory councils, events, recognition programs, co-marketing initiatives, and feedback mechanisms. Manages community operations, engagement platforms, content, metrics, and scalable playbooks while partnering with Marketing and Enablement to strengthen partner loyalty, advocacy, and commercial impact.

Supports pre-sales engagements by designing technology solutions, developing account strategies, conducting customer workshops and presentations, researching technology trends, and advising sales teams and stakeholders. Develops customer-specific solution benefits, business cases, implementation plans, and technical content while providing subject matter expertise across network, datacentre, and enterprise IT systems.

Leads resolution of complex production infrastructure incidents across enterprise networks, Linux systems, security, load balancing, and hardware. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, change implementation, root cause analysis, environment assessments, documentation, customer support, escalation assistance, team guidance, monitoring, and continuous service improvement. The role requires on-call participation and hybrid work Monday through Friday, 1 PM to 10 PM.

Coordinates end-to-end customer deployments in data centers, including installations, expansions, power, cabling, interconnection, and infrastructure services. Manages project milestones, schedules, documentation, risks, stakeholder communication, technical issue resolution, and customer expectations.
