Drive AI adoption and strategic initiatives across the bank, including international expansion, partnerships, and change management. Identify and validate AI use cases, coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver solutions, manage strategic workstreams, surface risks, and support corporate strategy. Leads capital markets strategy for commercial lending portfolios, including loan sales, participations, securitizations, investor relationships, transaction structuring, hedging, market analysis, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Builds scalable distribution channels across commercial real estate, construction, healthcare, lender finance, and SBA lending while optimizing liquidity, pricing, and balance sheet efficiency.

Leads the FP&A organization and partners with the CFO, CEO, board, and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, profitability, cash flow, M&A, and investment decisions. Builds high-performing finance business partner and analytics teams, improves planning processes, develops management reporting and performance monitoring, and advances FP&A technology through automation, predictive analytics, AI/ML, dashboards, and scenario-planning tools. Oversees talent development, vendor relationships, governance, and integration with enterprise analytics functions.

Lead product positioning, messaging, market strategy, and go-to-market execution for fintech infrastructure products spanning payments, cards, lending, deposits, compliance, and digital assets. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for fintech operators, developers, executives, and sales teams. Synthesize market and competitive insights, develop launch strategies, align cross-functional stakeholders, and enable pipeline growth and brand differentiation.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring reliability and compliance with financial regulations.

Handle complaint escalations from fintech partners: review and draft regulatory responses, investigate complaints, track cases and deadlines, perform call and quality reviews, collaborate with internal teams, identify root causes and corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance (FDIC, CFPB, state regulators).
