The role also develops technical documentation, creates platform health reports, improves support processes, and manages cases through resolution while maintaining clear, empathetic customer communication.

Own and scale paid acquisition channels through multi-channel growth strategies, campaign optimization, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, analytics, budget management, and reporting. Collaborate with sales and product teams, manage marketing automation and CRM systems, produce AI-generated ad creative, monitor competitors, and improve customer acquisition efficiency and ROI.
