The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform's value for customers.

Design, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub). Develop client/server scripts, UI components, workflows, and Service Portal widgets using JavaScript and AngularJS. Troubleshoot performance, CMDB, and workflow issues, create technical documentation, automate routine tasks, and support testing and system monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and timely issue resolution.

Develop and maintain software applications on the ServiceNow platform, perform integrations, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with clients.

Develop and maintain software applications on the ServiceNow platform while integrating with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, and Jenkins.

Lead ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers: design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps). Build custom scripts and integrations, troubleshoot, participate in SCRUM, and work directly with customers to deliver projects on time.
