Lead client solution implementations from requirements gathering through deployment, customization, configuration, training, adoption, and troubleshooting. Drive territory development and lead generation via cold calls, email, social media, and events. Research and qualify leads, schedule demos with account executives, provide solution advice, support regional outreach campaigns, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales.

Support sales by conducting discovery, delivering technical demonstrations, crafting statements of work, and contributing to proposals for revenue-cycle solutions (infusion, DME, post-acute). Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, attend user conferences, and collaborate with sales to close opportunities.

Lead design and architecture of scalable, multi-tenant microservices and event-driven systems. Collaborate across teams to define requirements, resolve complex production issues, drive AI-enabled innovation, set standards, perform code reviews, and ensure rigorous testing and reliability for healthcare-aligned solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and BI solutions. Lead data modeling, integration (CDC/streaming), infrastructure reliability, and governance. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and partners, enforce PHI security, mentor teammates, and support on-call and evolving BI technologies.
