Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Adyen’s largest merchants, from lead generation through deal closure, implementation, and transaction launch. Develop consultative relationships with retail, digital, platform, and financial-services clients; sell complex payments and financial solutions; collaborate with technology leaders, solution providers, compliance, implementation, and account management teams; and provide market input for Indian merchant products. The role requires approximately 25% travel and is a senior individual contributor position.

The Product Manager will drive EMEA payments strategy, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to develop scalable payment solutions, enhance merchant success, and shape the European payments landscape.

Lead the development of Adyen Protect, focusing on machine learning models for fraud detection, infrastructure scaling, and team mentorship.

Create long-form thought leadership, brand narratives, editorial series, and supporting short-form and SEO content aligned to commercial goals. Lead content initiatives end-to-end, manage stakeholders and timelines, conduct research and interviews, attend case-study shoots, mentor writers, and develop templates and guidelines to measure and improve content performance.

Leads operational integration of Talon.One and Orb into Adyen’s global framework. Designs joint customer journeys, operating models, systems, and standardized processes; drives global program adoption; resolves complex cross-entity bottlenecks; establishes KPI frameworks; and partners with Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance to deliver scalable customer experiences.

Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable ELT pipelines and data architectures for payments data. Integrate diverse data sources, ensure data quality and reliability, optimize pipeline and query performance, and establish data engineering best practices. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, product managers, and customers while mentoring teams and creating trustworthy reporting and data products.

Drive strategic commercial deals that grow or retain revenue among existing global merchants. Lead opportunities through strategy, pitching, negotiation, and closing while expanding share of wallet across channels, regions, business lines, and products. Contribute to cross-functional commercial projects such as product launches and market expansion, partnering with Account Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver long-term growth.

Build and maintain tooling and infrastructure for distributed data stores (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, ClickHouse). Design partitioning, clustering, and sharding strategies, optimize performance, ensure high availability, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for enterprise sales and GTM roles, especially Enterprise Account Executives and vertical sales specialists. Build passive talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, advise sales leaders, and drive intake and calibration sessions. Flex across Operations, Professional Services, and Orb hiring needs. Use recruiting data, market intelligence, AI, automation, and technology tools to improve processes. Mentor teammates and collaborate with HR, People, and Compensation teams.

Lead the Support Quality Assurance function and a team of 2–3 QA Specialists. Define the long-term transition from manual to AI-led evaluation, develop QA frameworks and scoring systems, establish calibration and governance, track quality KPIs, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, manage QA tooling and vendors, and translate insights into improved CSAT, NPS, first-contact resolution, and reduced escalations.
