Own deployment and operations (including on-call), collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply functional/Typelevel approaches, and work with cloud and data technologies (AWS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Kafka, Spark, Postgres).

Build and maintain AI-powered spam and scam detection infrastructure: design, implement, deploy, monitor distributed pipelines, support data science workflows, handle production incidents, and improve system resilience and scalability.

Manage and grow a small portfolio of Hiya's largest UK customers, driving adoption, leading complex programs to production, delivering measurable value, and expanding revenue through executive engagement, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Own outbound prospecting in the French market: identify accounts, run discovery calls, execute 50+ daily touchpoints, build qualified pipeline, hand off to AEs, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and shape market messaging. Hybrid role based in London with event travel.

Own Hiya's commercial strategy and growth in Brazil: build executive carrier relationships, identify and close complex deals, drive revenue across accounts, coordinate cross-functional launches, and monitor market, competitive and regulatory trends to expand in LATAM.
