Manage inbound leads for SME & Growth customers: qualify prospects, move leads through the buyer journey, book product demos, execute outreach plays via calls/emails/chat/social, maintain CRM data and SLAs, and test outreach strategies to optimize pipeline conversion.

Build and scale backend ledger and reconciliation systems for financial data and transactions. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable features. Generate and qualify SME & Growth leads for the French market via multichannel outreach, progress qualified prospects to meetings with AEs, maintain CRM hygiene, test and optimize outreach strategies, collaborate with marketing and document best practices to scale the BDR function.

Support China regulatory compliance for Airwallex's non-bank payment operations: monitor PRC payment and cross-border FX rules, advise product and business teams, maintain licenses and filings, draft policies and controls, run compliance training and reviews, and coordinate regulator and group-wide compliance matters.

Own product strategy and roadmap for Financial Markets and Financial Platform (FX, liquidity, stablecoin, ledger, wallets). Lead and mentor product managers, partner with engineering, design, commercial, legal and finance to launch scalable web and mobile features, navigate regulatory/operational complexity, drive data-informed prioritization, and expand markets and use cases.

Lead and execute APAC partnerships strategy; own end-to-end partner lifecycle from prospecting and deal structuring to integration and optimization; manage executive-level relationships; coordinate due diligence and cross-functional stakeholders; assess competitive landscape and recommend strategic actions; serve as regional expert and build industry partner networks aligned with commercial objectives.

Design, build, and optimize internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-driven tooling to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and code quality. Implement monitoring, incident response, and on-call practices; collaborate with domain teams to identify productivity bottlenecks, deliver scalable solutions, and enforce testing and quality standards.
