对新业务新产品的风控评审，识别风险敞口制定相应的风控策略；
结合监管要求，搭建完整的风控体系，包括制定风险内控制度，梳理风控系统、风控模型建设需求，牵头对接监管、清算机构、协会指定的各类风控相关的系统等；

沟通能力强，善于内部协同；

Skills Required
- 5+ years post-qualification professional experience in regulatory compliance with at least 3+ years hands-on in payment services, cross-border RMB and FX compliance, or related financial regulatory fields.
- In-depth knowledge of PBOC and SAFE regulatory frameworks for non-bank payment institutions, cross-border payments, and foreign exchange control; practical cross-border RMB compliance experience.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory filings, license maintenance, internal compliance policy drafting, or cross-functional compliance coordination for payment-related businesses.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with regulators, internal teams, and industry partners.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure, and solve complex regulatory compliance challenges practically.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to draft formal compliance documents in both languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
