Design and deploy AI agents for payment processing and risk management. Translate business problems into production AI solutions using orchestration frameworks, prompting, RAG, and fine-tuning. Optimize agent reasoning, tool use, and workflow automation, integrate systems with secure backend and frontend platforms, and build evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks. The role requires production applied AI/ML experience, strong Python and ML framework skills, and the ability to balance innovation with reliability, scalability, and compliance.

Partners with executives across Product, GTM, and Operations on major initiatives, develops board and investor materials, improves finance infrastructure, and drives cross-functional decision-making. Lead the product-counsel team supporting Embedded Finance, payments platforms, issuing, and lending. Advise Product, Sales, Risk, Engineering, and financial partners on U.S. and international payments regulation, structure complex deals, negotiate banking and platform agreements, guide product launches, and develop scalable legal playbooks. The role requires translating regulatory complexity into practical advice while supporting global expansion and high-growth fintech products.

Lead the full B2B sales cycle for Airwallex’s fintech platform, from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and initial customer ramp. Serve SME and growth customers across ecommerce, SaaS, professional services, and technology-enabled businesses. Generate pipeline, exceed revenue targets, provide consultative and technical solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with internal teams, represent the company at events, and improve scalable sales processes.

Own field marketing initiatives across the UK and EMEA, including sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars. Execute partner co-marketing activities, manage events end to end, develop localized collateral and messaging, coordinate pre- and post-event engagement, and optimize pipeline performance through KPIs, lead follow-up, and ROI analysis. Represent Airwallex at key events and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, partners, customers, and vendors.
