  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer close, including candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback calibration, and compensation negotiation.

  • Act as a talent advisor to Product and Design hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate insights, and pipeline data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process, reflecting Airwallex's operating principles and culture.

  • Collaborate with Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to strengthen Airwallex's positioning in the product and design talent market.

  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building diverse candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and recruiting data to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across different hiring manager groups.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure company, with familiarity navigating global or multi-regional hiring.

  • Comfort operating in environments with high standards, fast iteration cycles, and evolving priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

  • Curiosity to learn quickly, adapt fast, and grow through stretch opportunities, with a genuine passion for building teams that shape the future of financial technology.
