Investigate and analyze UAS systems to identify root causes of software and mechanical failures, perform configurations and updates, maintain JIRA processes, produce technical documentation, and support global flight and operations teams in demos, training, and operational needs while collaborating with R&D, software, mechanical, and operations teams to improve reliability.

Design, develop, and optimize real-time guidance, navigation, and trajectory-planning algorithms for autonomous UAVs. Implement motion planning, obstacle avoidance, sensor fusion, and localization; optimize algorithms for embedded real-time systems; validate via simulation and flight testing while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Manage consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for the company and subsidiaries; lead intercompany and transfer pricing reconciliations; oversee audits, inventory accounting, cash, payroll, GL, variance analysis, tax filings, and enforce accounting policies.

Develop, train, and optimize computer vision models (object detection, tracking, SLAM) for real-time edge and cloud deployment. Build end-to-end AI pipelines, manage datasets and augmentation, evaluate performance, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineers. Occasionally apply AI to non-vision data and research novel techniques to improve model robustness and efficiency.

Lead provisioning, networking architecture, installation, and deployment of complex distributed systems in customer environments. Troubleshoot across application, system, and network layers, collaborate with R&D and operations, and improve deployment processes, documentation, and tooling to ensure reliable, repeatable field deployments.
