Lead system engineering for ArduPilot-based UAVs including preliminary design, propulsion and avionics architecture, flight-control and stability analysis, PID tuning, sensor and communications integration, performance and endurance analysis, and support for integration, ground testing, and flight testing in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Design and implement robust navigation and state-estimation algorithms for autonomous UAVs, focusing on multi-sensor fusion, vision-based navigation, real-time C++ software for embedded edge platforms, integration with control and mission systems, and validation via simulation and flight testing.

Develop and execute flight test plans for UAV systems: design scenarios, lead field test preparations and execution, collect and analyze flight data, ensure safety and V&V compliance, coordinate with engineering and operations, and produce technical test reports with recommendations.

As a Prototype Integrator you will assemble and integrate mechanical and electronic systems, configure and calibrate prototype platforms, conduct ground and flight testing, and troubleshoot issues to rapidly iterate proof-of-concept drone systems in a fast-paced development environment.
