We are looking for a capable Prototype integration specialist to join our Early Development Team.
This team is responsible for rapidly developing proof of concept solutions and first generation prototypes for new technologies, products, and operational capabilities. The role combines hands-on assembly, system integration, platform configuration, flight testing, and troubleshooting in a fast paced development environment.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly, including soldering, wiring, and component installation.
- Configure, calibrate, and prepare platforms and system components for testing.
- Conduct ground and flight tests for prototype systems.
- Identify and resolve issues encountered throughout assembly, integration, and testing phases.
- Experience in building and flying drones, model aircraft, or similar platforms - Must
- Hands-on technical experience in system assembly, integration, or field operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple development activities in parallel.
