Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure, fault-tolerant production systems. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, automate operational tasks, and maintain recovery runbooks and compliance with RTO/RPO requirements.

The role requires extensive FAR and DFARS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.

Leads enterprise systems integration across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments for complex government systems-of-systems. Oversees architecture, requirements, roadmaps, testing, data management, modernization, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and transitions to operations. Coordinates integration across programs and agencies, guides developers on APIs and service virtualization, and supervises systems integrators. Supports acquisition processes, enterprise verification and validation, major system acceptance, and architecture development.

Oversee front desk and reception operations across Northern Virginia offices, including visitor check-in, badging, inquiries, complaints, special arrangements, and safety procedures. Coordinate with departments, communicate policies, train front desk staff, and maintain efficient customer-service processes. The role requires five or more years of front desk or guest-services experience, supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, technology familiarity, and an active Top Secret clearance.
