As a Plant Systems Engineering Intern, you will support manufacturing operations, work with technicians, manage projects, and implement technical solutions.

Lead end-to-end R&D strategy for a portfolio of coffee brands, overseeing roast/blend development, sensory and flavor science, packaging, process engineering, and format innovation through commercialization. Manage cross-disciplinary teams, partner with Procurement and Supply Chain, translate technical insights into commercial impact, and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Lead site education and training: own skills matrix and E&T scorecard, maintain training records and document control, manage Workday Learning files, coach E&T leaders, develop training materials, administer qualification/testing, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Participate in planning, design, development, and support of systems and integrations for Supply Chain. Build scalable integration solutions connecting internal supply-chain applications and external cloud vendors. Provide ongoing application support and collaborate on integration architecture.
