The Senior Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for payroll processing for hourly technicians in a manufacturing site, serving as the single point of contact for the Marketplace, and providing accounting and administrative support.

Additionally, they will coach and mentor less experienced team members.

The R&D Principal Scientist will lead product development and innovation in the Pet Research & Development field, creating breakthrough products and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities include developing technology platforms, conducting research plans, designing product experiments, assessing intellectual property opportunities, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Lead and perform IT audits, IT control testing, and assessment of internal controls over financial reporting. Partner with internal process owners and Information Services to evaluate IT and operational controls. Responsible for SOX technology control testing and efficiency improvements. Support audit results presentation and continuous improvement of the control environment. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience required.

Maintain distributor and retailer customer planners, evaluate trade promotions, assist in volume planning, manage customer pricing documents, and identify process improvement opportunities.
