Leads MSCI’s data operations transformation for private assets and ESG data. The role also gathers client feedback to inform product development.

Administers semi-monthly payrolls across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil; processes employee changes, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and equity transactions. Audits, analyzes, and reconciles payroll, prepares general ledger and reporting data, handles tax correspondence and compliance, processes W-2s and T-4s, resolves employee inquiries, and supports payroll projects. Requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and preferably finance or accounting education.

Support climate-risk geospatial data workflows by designing QA processes, applying statistical diagnostics and machine learning to detect data issues, and building scalable validation tools in Python or R. Collaborate with research and development teams, document models and datasets, support reproducibility, and contribute to automated testing, data version control, and pipeline quality for investor-focused climate analytics.

Promote MSCI-linked ETFs and index-based investment solutions across the DACH region. Build relationships with wealth managers, private banks, and asset managers while advising senior investment professionals on portfolio construction, market themes, and implementation. Explain strategies across equities, fixed income, ESG, factors, thematic, and multi-asset investments. Collaborate with research, product, strategy, and sales teams to deliver investment insights, thought leadership, use cases, and client feedback.

Supports EMEA sales professionals and institutional clients by qualifying leads, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating client requests, responding to product inquiries, managing custom index opportunities, conducting market research, assisting with pricing and commercial analysis, maintaining sales records, and supporting outreach campaigns. The role requires strong financial-market interest, analytical ability, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Design AI-native research methodologies and LLM-powered workflows that measure company and portfolio exposure to emerging themes. Build RAG and agentic pipelines using financial filings, transcripts, news, patents, supply-chain data, and hiring data. Develop evaluation frameworks, regression tests, prompts, taxonomies, and decision rules to ensure reliable outputs. Collaborate with engineering teams to scale research prototypes into production systems and generate investment signals for institutional investors.

Provide first-tier client support for MSCI analytics and benchmark products, answering methodology, technical, market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, optimization, and attribution questions. Manage assigned accounts, lead client calls, resolve support issues, support onboarding and training, share product updates, contribute to service reviews and renewals, and improve client-service processes. Build trusted relationships while becoming a subject matter expert on analytics products.

Manage end-to-end delivery of Sustainability and Climate corporate solutions for global clients. Act as the primary client liaison, coordinate with research and data teams, oversee timelines and quality controls, deliver client-facing products and collateral, support training, and contribute to prospective-client calls. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and support product innovation. Identify lessons learned, coordinate enhancements, and collaborate across teams to improve solutions and client experiences.
