Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of the Anecdotes GRC platform, translating customer needs into scalable, product-based solutions. Configure and tailor the platform, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, act as an internal SME, and drive successful adoption and optimization for enterprise customers.

Own core IT operations for a global team: maintain infrastructure, support endpoints and identity, run onboarding/offboarding, lead IT projects, implement automation and AI tooling, collaborate with Security on identity and endpoint protections, manage onsite network/Wi‑Fi, and improve operational processes and monitoring.

Analyze product usage to produce insights that shape roadmap and feature improvements. Serve as primary customer liaison, deliver strategic guidance, monitor health and usage, run executive reviews, coordinate cross-functional responses, and lead renewals and expansions while maintaining accurate account documentation.

Design, build, and scale core backend infrastructure and distributed microservices. Improve system architecture, performance for traffic‑intensive and big‑data workloads. Collaborate with product and R&D, mentor engineers, and drive engineering processes, tools, and best practices.

Design and build core data platform systems from ingestion through processing to serving. Own pipeline architecture, data modeling, storage formats, and backend services interacting with operational and analytical stores. Improve reliability, performance, and scalability; collaborate with product and R&D; participate in design discussions and mentor other engineers.
