Leads global sales growth for Ciena’s semiconductor and component portfolio within Cloud and AI markets. Develops sales strategies, business plans, and customer relationships across hyperscalers, data centers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners. The role requires optical testing expertise, MATLAB or Python experience, familiarity with optical test instruments, and fluency in English and French.

Develops physical implementation flows for advanced mixed-signal ASICs, from netlist through GDSII, optimizing performance, power, and area. Responsibilities include floorplanning, power grids, clock distribution, place and route, timing and functional ECOs, formal verification, DFT timing, static timing analysis, physical verification, scripting automation, and analog block integration. The engineer collaborates with RTL, analog, ASIC, tool, and technology teams to achieve signoff-quality designs and timing closure.

Requires optical communications knowledge, optical test equipment experience, manufacturing and quality control expertise, Thai fluency, and fluent English. MATLAB and Python experience are preferred.

Develop and present optical, transport, routing, and switching solutions to telecom operators and enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Lead technical discussions, workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and solution validation while collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and services teams. Build customer relationships, identify regional growth opportunities, and provide technical guidance aligned with cloud, AI, 5G, and digital-services requirements.

Manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia’s service provider, cloud, data center, and enterprise markets.
