Adjudicate complex California workers' compensation claims by investigating exposures, negotiating settlements, communicating with claimants/clients, reporting to excess carriers, identifying subrogation, and managing litigation and rehabilitation matters while meeting client service and industry standards.

Lead operational functions for assigned offices, ensuring compliance, quality claims service, staffing and training, budget and P&L management, performance monitoring, and coordination with sales and client service. Directly responsible for ~50-99 colleagues and travel as required.

Lead and mentor a software development team to design, develop, test, and maintain applications. Define project scope, prepare specifications and documentation, ensure SDLC compliance, manage workloads, liaise with business users, and ensure successful project delivery and user satisfaction.
