Drive spare parts sales for paper and board machinery in China, identify growth opportunities, gather competitor and market intelligence, train regional sales, support key customer meetings and negotiations, collaborate with product/R&D and stakeholders, and frequently travel domestically.

Manage Lenox location service orders: prepare quotations, enter sales orders, provide RMAs, coordinate customer emergencies with workshop/warehouse, maintain OLB file, follow up on quotes, run weekly kickoff and production meetings, and liaise with project accounting. Own sourcing for assigned categories, negotiate prices, maintain ERP item data, collaborate with quality/logistics/engineering, drive cost reduction and inventory optimization, develop supplier relationships, and support sales and cost estimation.

Provide technical sales support and prepare customized quotations for industrial valves and related products. Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical and commercial proposals, follow up on quotations and deliveries, and provide customer technical advice. Support sales targets and profitability while coordinating with Valmet's global network to ensure effective customer support and solution selection.

Oversee and perform commissioning and start-up of air-to-heat systems and hoods in Italy and internationally. Support and supervise customer technicians, ensure quality and safety compliance, troubleshoot and optimize processes, and collaborate with Automation and Technical Office. Travel up to 50%.

Design, develop, test, commission and document automation system software (PLC/DCS) for tissue machine modernization. Support engineering, sales and procurement, participate in FAT, commissioning, start-ups, training, and global customer projects.

Develop and grow Valmet's partner ecosystem in the Americas by identifying, onboarding, enabling, and supporting VARs, system integrators, distributors and agents. Drive partner-led sales through joint opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal support, and help during project delivery. Conduct market analysis, ensure alignment with global partner frameworks, and act as the commercial interface between partners and Valmet stakeholders. Remote role with regional travel.

Lead MRO and services business across Sub-Equatorial Africa and South Africa, driving sales, profitability, customer relationships, and operational excellence. Manage an 8-person inside sales/admin team, implement regional strategies, oversee order-to-invoice processes, ensure compliance, coach teams, and develop new service growth strategies. Travel ~30%.
