Your responsibilities

  • You will develop and implement engineering procedures, techniques, and work sequences that improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • You will conduct engineering analyses and apply scientific principles to create and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • You will collaborate with design, development, and production teams to ensure activities are aligned and delivery targets are achieved.
  • You will identify project risks, understand quality requirements, and implement processes that support successful project execution.
  • You will provide coaching and technical guidance within your area of expertise and may coordinate subcontracted engineering activities when required.

Expectations for you

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of Paper, or Tissue mills seen as advantage as well engineering experience from heavy machine industry, with proficiency in Catia.
  • You have experience conducting engineering analyses and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • You have knowledge of engineering processes, quality requirements, and risk management practices.
  • You are comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have the ability to support, coach, and guide colleagues within your area of expertise.
