Lead global demand and supply planning for the Boiler Business within S&OP. Create and maintain forecasts and sales schedules, assess manufacturability and material requirements, build production and capacity scenarios with cost impacts, and identify risks and bottlenecks. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to optimize delivery and performance.

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, track actuals vs. estimates and plans, analyze variances, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure performance, risk control, and business objectives are supported across the organization.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by aligning with customer objectives, expanding scope, coordinating client-facing activities, driving orders and collections, promoting lifecycle solutions, documenting customer needs into sales/development projects, guiding internal teams to bundle value solutions, and executing the sales process.

Lead DCS application engineering and system integration across project phases: definition, implementation, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, documentation, change management, and customer handover while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead global spare-parts procurement for mechanical components: execute sourcing strategies, manage PO follow-up, lead supplier negotiations, perform spend analysis, support supplier development and cost-saving initiatives, maintain ERP item data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and optimize inventory and sourcing footprints to ensure cost-efficiency and on-time delivery.

Lead procurement for assigned categories and suppliers: negotiate pricing, maintain ERP pricing/item data, develop supplier relationships, monitor performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost-effective sourcing and policy compliance.

Lead global spare parts procurement for hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical components. Execute sourcing and purchasing activities, manage purchase orders, price agreements and ERP item data, perform spend analysis, lead supplier negotiations and development, support cost estimation and projects, implement sourcing strategies and CCC sourcing initiatives, optimize inventory and drive cost-saving programs.

Perform process engineering across sales and delivery phases, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement. Execute basic and detailed engineering tasks, support design reviews, manage risks/costs, standardize processes, and support project teams to meet contract and performance goals.

Drive spare parts sales for paper and board machinery in China, identify growth opportunities, gather competitor and market intelligence, train regional sales, support key customer meetings and negotiations, collaborate with product/R&D and stakeholders, and frequently travel domestically.

Support and grow North American sales in corrugated board, coating/laminating, and extrusion coating. Assist proposal generation and costing, advance opportunities to close, build pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions, maintain customer relationships, and provide market feedback to product teams. Travel within territory as needed.
