We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving spare parts sales for Paper & Board machinery in the Chinese market. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer engagement skills to strengthen our market presence and support business growth.
Location could be Guangzhou or Beihai .
Your responsibilities
1.Responsible for Paper&Board machine daily spare parts sales in China according to the overall spare parts strategy.
2.Identifies development opportunities and plans for customers to further grow spare parts business in China.
3.Collect competitor product ,pricing ,sales strategic information and make market strategic.
4.Based values sales and unique product values proposition
5.Training region sales for product knowledges,function,technology advantages etc.
6.Support key sales opportunity as customer meeting, product present and negotiation.
7.Feedback customer information and market needs, pain spots and suggestion to product manager.
8.Cooperation with other stakeholders maintain relationship with customer.
9.Driving product management in R&D to keep product innovation and competitiveness.
10.Travels domestically frequently, at times with little advance notice.
Expectations for you
1.Major in mechanical engineering or paper-making.
2.Min.3~5 years’ experience in the related technical field including sales experience involving direct customer contact, experience in the pulp and paper industry, and exposure to customers and business practices.
3.Must be able to effectively communicate ideas, goals, and a variety of other technical and business information orally and in writing to customers and other employees.
4.Self-confidence and ready to learn new things.
5.Fluency in speaking and writing Chinese and English language.

Skills Required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Paper-making
