Provide legal advice and project supervision for Corporate Strategic Development, supporting business transactions and strategic initiatives. Negotiate and draft transaction and pre-transaction documents, conduct due diligence, prepare SEC and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, manage outside counsel, ensure regulatory compliance, train internal partners, and lead enterprise initiatives to mitigate legal risk and enable timely deal execution.

Lead IT service and asset operations across the enterprise: manage a team of analysts/developers, own service management and asset lifecycle (hardware/software), vendor relationships, budgeting, CMDB accuracy, license optimization, enterprise packaging, and drive IT strategy, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
