Lead and scale the Revenue Operations function: build reporting, KPIs, governance, BI solutions, data quality frameworks, and a team of analysts. Partner with commercial leaders, drive operational improvements, prepare QBRs, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead architecture and implementation of SoC design verification environments using SV/UVM. Develop constrained-random, self-checking testbenches, SoC test firmware in C/C++, automate verification flows, close coverage/regression, and support multi-million gate ASIC tapeout including formal verification and methodology improvements.

Designs and delivers workplace AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot) and Power Platform enablement: discovery, workshops, prototypes/POCs, reusable templates, governance alignment, training, and adoption programs to transition solutions to end-user teams.

Design and verify ASIC RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog, EDA flows and industry interfaces (PCIe, AXI/APB). Develop scripts, apply low-power UPF, CDC and STA techniques, and use Fusion Compiler/Design Compiler toolchains. Collaborate with customers and report progress while ensuring design signoff and timing closure.

Entry-level role ensuring compliance with U.S. export/import laws (EAR, ITAR, OFAC). Review specifications and product documentation to assign ECCNs and local classifications, assess end-use validity, perform denied-party screening and due diligence, prepare license applications, and support import/export clearance. Liaise with internal teams and government agencies and use trade compliance software, Excel, and Access.

Responsible for DFT implementation for 3nm/5nm networking SoCs and IPs: RTL checks, scan insertion, ATPG (compressed/uncompressed), pattern simulation, MBIST and JTAG insertion/verification, silicon debug/bring-up, automation and scripting (Perl/Shell/TCL), and low-power DFT work.

Lead and own design verification activities: define verification strategy, develop and run verification environments and testbenches, mentor engineers, coordinate with design teams, track verification progress, and ensure product meets functional and timing requirements.

Own assigned accounts: develop strategic plans, cultivate customer and supplier relationships, sell Arrow offerings including supply chain and lifecycle services, run QBRs, and use Salesforce/Oracle for sales tracking to grow revenue.

Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts, liaise between internal teams, vendors and customers, anticipate customer needs, build relationships, and coordinate with operations for deliverables.

Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities, proactively engage end users and partners to secure renewals, identify upsell opportunities and churn risks, maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts, coordinate across teams to resolve issues, and meet quarterly and annual renewal targets.
