We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build and scale the operating model of a newly established global business unit. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will lead a team of analysts and serve as a strategic partner to commercial leaders. You will establish reporting, KPI, governance, and business intelligence frameworks while driving data quality and consistency across the organization. Combining operational excellence with data-driven insights, you will enable business performance and support strategic decision-making.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
- Partner with senior business leaders to deliver KPIs, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that support growth, planning, and execution
- Lead the development and delivery of business intelligence, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, strengthen data quality and governance, and enhance reporting capabilities
- Establish and manage the operating cadence for reporting, analytics, and team priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize the operational processes that drive and measure business performance
- Lead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance reviews
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations function
Who are we looking for?
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 7 years+ of relevant experience with 3 years+ of management experience
