Provide inside sales support to field sales engineers and customers: process orders, manage back-orders and shipping, coordinate export documentation, expedite parts and samples, update CRM records, and respond to web/vendor leads to ensure timely delivery and high customer service standards.

Manage and develop an inside sales team focused on strategic accounts (especially Aerospace & Defense). Supervise non-exempt staff, report department metrics, resolve complex problems, and support staffing, performance management, and process improvements. Acts as a resource and project lead for engineering teams.

Design and architect scalable, secure AI and GenAI solutions; evaluate and select tools; lead development and optimization of ML/LLM models; integrate AI into business processes; manage AI projects, risks, compliance, and cross-team collaboration across onshore/offshore teams.

Provide internal and external customer service, handle order entry and contract pricing maintenance, support sales escalations, coordinate reports, and work with Asset team to process and resolve customer orders promptly.

Design, develop and maintain processes and tools to meet internal and external service levels and KPIs. Provide technical support for new customer and service implementations, manage escalations, document/report key metrics, lead project teams, and mentor junior staff while working independently to resolve complex problems.

Design and implement RTL for ASIC/FPGA front-end flow from specification to RTL/Netlist. Micro-architect and code RTL, perform lint and CDC checks, support sustenance designs, and collaborate with hardware/board engineers for system-level and board validation using company hardware design tools.

Design, analyze, and develop embedded automotive product solutions; enhance and maintain development and testing frameworks; create and execute automated and manual test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues; produce technical documentation and design reviews; develop unit tests; and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers and technical leads.
