Supports the Talent Acquisition team by maintaining ATS records, updating job sheets, posting openings, coordinating interviews, organizing applications, generating recruiting reports, and assisting with onboarding. Supports a portfolio of vertical accounts by coordinating account planning, CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting, client communication, delivery alignment, governance meetings, and action tracking. Identifies and qualifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, escalates risks, and contributes to account management best-practice sharing. The role is full-time and in-person at a Consilio office in India or South Africa.

Leads Consilio’s Advanced Learning Institute, overseeing legal education strategy, CLE programs, webinars, publications, research, client education, and the annual symposium. Develops practical thought leadership on eDiscovery, legal technology, investigations, AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and legal operations. Partners with legal and technical experts, manages external relationships, establishes quality standards, tracks program KPIs, and expands Consilio’s influence across the legal community.

Leads complex eDiscovery projects, strategic client engagements, and project portfolios from planning through delivery. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, scope, quality, communications, and reporting while coaching project teams and supporting PMO processes. Serves as a senior client contact, escalation point, and vertical leader. Supports sales, business development, industry presentations, customized client protocols, and internal process improvement initiatives.

Supports global IT procurement by managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing plans, RFQs, supplier coordination, approvals, contracts, and renewals. Analyzes procurement data to identify savings and optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and spend limits. Requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, inventory control, and Accounts Payable, plus willingness to work a 7 PM–4 AM night shift.
