Prepare month- and year-end reconciliations and journal entries, assist with financial close and variance analyses, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, prepare audit schedules, bill and reconcile miscellaneous accounts receivable, code and approve invoices, perform cash reconciliations, and serve as point of contact for utility accounts.

Lead multidisciplinary value analysis projects to reduce supply costs, standardize supplies, and optimize utilization. Conduct clinical and financial analyses, negotiate with vendors, track and report savings, present recommendations to stakeholders, and maintain collaborative relationships across clinical and administrative teams.

Lead HR operations and strategy for assigned business units, drive HR service delivery and operational excellence, oversee employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. Partner with system HR leaders and COEs to implement policies, improve processes, and build leadership capability to support strategic goals.
