Apply ML and AI tooling to global support operations data: build forecasting models, design LLM classification pipelines, develop text-embedding and vector search workflows, write Python data pipelines and visualizations, query Snowflake for analysis, and translate model outputs into leadership-ready narratives.

Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models and ETL/ELT pipelines (delta pipelines, MERGE, incremental loads). Partner with ops to scope solutions, lead CRM migration data workstreams, automate pipelines with Python, and ensure downstream BI/ML data quality and documentation.

Own client implementations from kickoff through handoff, managing project plans, risks, and stakeholder communication. Configure solutions, lead client working sessions, produce solution documentation, and provide post-go-live support while mentoring teammates and driving process improvements.
