Manage a high-volume SMB and mid-market customer portfolio, driving Mimecast product adoption, onboarding, feature enablement, and measurable security outcomes. Monitor customer health and usage data to identify risks, lead value reviews, deliver best-practice sessions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations. Build customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and partner with Account and Sales teams on expansion, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities.

The Cloud Partner Manager will drive revenue growth through hyperscaler marketplaces, manage business plans, and maintain strategic partnerships with cloud providers to enhance market presence and achieve sales targets.

Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Channel Account Managers across regions to drive partner-generated pipeline, revenue, and retention. Own quota attainment, territory and channel business plans, partner recruitment and activation, executive partner relationships, incentive design, cross-functional GTM, and regular performance reporting. Requires hiring, coaching, and performance management to scale partner-led growth.

Provide post-sales managed services for Mimecast products, support and optimize email security features, analyze threats, handle customer cases and escalations, produce reports, engage cross-functionally, and support global customers on a shift schedule.

Manage a portfolio of ~50 customers, focusing on upselling products, achieving sales targets, and preventing churn while guiding customers through cybersecurity solutions.

Lead end-to-end program management for feature and product launches: build launch plans, track engineering deliverables, surface technical risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure readiness. Create and refine a repeatable go-to-market playbook and use AI tools to streamline status synthesis and risk detection.

Lead strategy, design, and execution of through-partner marketing campaigns globally. Own the TCMA platform, enable partners with assets and onboarding, align regional teams, measure pipeline and ROI, and optimize partner adoption and engagement.
