Serve as strategic partner to the SVP of NA Sales, driving operating cadence, GTM strategy, planning, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Own regional ARR via AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces by building marketplace listings, co-sell motions, private offers, and reseller engagement. Develop and execute a regional cloud partner business plan, enable sellers, generate pipeline with hyperscaler and reseller partners, represent Mimecast at events, and report marketplace performance to leadership.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social) to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for Mimecast's email security and human risk management platform. Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and account executives to schedule meetings, maintain CRM pipeline records, research target accounts, and continuously learn product and market trends to improve outreach and conversion.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead architecture decisions for Mimecast's Governance, Compliance & Insights product suite, focusing on AI integration and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to drive upsell/expansion within 250-749 seat customers. Own forecasting, pipeline strategy, CRM discipline (Salesforce), and cross-functional alignment to hit segment revenue targets while developing talent and managing performance.
