The Senior Product Manager at F5 is responsible for enhancing digital experiences through product management, focusing on cybersecurity and customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on innovation and a diverse team culture.

Builds executive and ecosystem relationships, resolves channel conflicts, coordinates marketing funds, drives partner opportunity registration and forecasting, and collaborates with sales teams to expand net-new accounts and bookings. Requires strong enterprise technology, channel resale, sales, marketing, presentation, and business strategy expertise, with travel up to 60%.

Owns global sales readiness programs covering methodology adoption, onboarding, facilitator certification, manager reinforcement, curriculum design, and field execution. The role develops practical learning tools, workshops, coaching assets, and certification paths; partners with sales, marketing, product, and regional enablement leaders; and measures effectiveness through adoption, validation, confidence, NPS, and behavior-change metrics. This principal-level individual contributor advises senior stakeholders and drives consistent methodology delivery across global enterprise sales teams.

The Sr. Solutions Engineer drives business growth by identifying and implementing solutions for customers, providing technical expertise, and mentoring team members.

Lead strategic relationships with named and large enterprise accounts, develop and close major opportunities, manage partners, engage executive stakeholders, achieve revenue targets, and maintain market and technology knowledge. The role focuses on selling F5 software, cloud-based products, and services to major CSP, e-commerce, and BFSI customers while acting as a trusted advisor on business and cybersecurity outcomes.
