We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead and manage complex technical programs that are essential to our platform scalability, reliability, and customer value delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture teams, and Leadership to guide technical initiatives from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strong program management skills to deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership- Drive cross-organizational technical programs impacting multiple product and engineering teams.
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps aligning with business priorities.
- Facilitate alignment through collaboration across teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support prioritization and resource planning to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee program lifecycles, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage dependencies across engineering and product teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Establish program execution frameworks that improve team performance and delivery consistency.
- Define and monitor program success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Execution Excellence: Experience successfully managing projects with complex dependencies and risks.
