Field sales role responsible for selling Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to Texas State, Local Government and Education (SLED) accounts. Build pipeline via prospecting and channel partners, manage territory and quota, forecast revenue, run customer and partner meetings and demos, use Salesforce for opportunity tracking, close deals, and maintain customer satisfaction while spending majority of time in the field.

Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues across Fortinet products, reproduce environments in lab, recommend solutions and best practices, manage incidents and customer communications, produce service reports, and liaise with R&D for product issues.

Manage and grow public sector accounts by executing strategic account plans, driving adoption of Fortinet security solutions, coordinating proposals and RFP responses, building executive relationships, ensuring pipeline accuracy, and collaborating with partners and internal technical teams while promoting regulatory-aligned cybersecurity practices.

Test and validate end-to-end functionality of the FortiSASE cloud security solution using manual and automated techniques. Build E2E automation frameworks, maintain test infrastructure, diagnose production and staging issues, document defects, and collaborate with developers to improve reliability, usability, and performance.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Fortinet security products; analyze configs and packet traces; reproduce customer environments; escalate to L3; manage customer communications and SLAs; create KB articles; train and coach L1 engineers; collaborate regionally with technical teams.

Develop, design, test, and maintain embedded software/firmware for Fortinet products (FortiAnalyzer). Troubleshoot and fix bugs, implement new features, document code in source control, and perform performance tuning and database analysis for high-performance distributed security systems.

Drive SASE revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and expanding accounts across enterprise, mid-market and public sector. Manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with sales, presales, product marketing and channel partners, support RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals, and contribute to territory and account strategy. Travel within territory required.

Provide pre-sales NetOps support: design and propose Unified SASE and CNAPP solutions, run demos/POCs, prepare RFP/tender responses, deliver training and onsite implementation, and engage customers to ensure satisfaction.

Lead and scale Fortinet's Authorized Training Center (ATC) program globally: develop and execute strategy, recruit and enable partners, track KPIs, align training with sales and partner strategies, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, and coordinate cross-functional regional and global initiatives to increase certifications, training delivery, and revenue.
